The news is fairly mixed depending upon area but a few common threads seen in many of them is a rise in inventory levels compared to a year ago reflecting our more balanced market today, but also an increase in the average sales price as well. This meshes with the more “typical” market that we are likely to see for the remainder of 2014. Let’s hope that’s the case as we could used some predictable, steady growth rather than big swings one way or the other.
