Sin Vacas

Sin Vacas is a very attractive, gated community of homes in the central Foothills. It’s located due east of Pima Canyon and therefore very closely located to La Encantada. Its central location is a main attraction as are its diverse selection of homes. Many of the custom homes here are a little older than say neighboring Pima Canyon and they typically have a wider price range spread offering more affordable price points. There are also some villas attractive to folks in retirement, newly built townhomes with top of the line finishes, and some very upscale custom homes as well. The topography throughout is quite hilly and lends itself to some dramatic city and mountain views from many of the lots.
