When you have identified what homes you would like to see, we will schedule a few hours to visit them together. We recommend no more than 6-8 properties in one day because the homes will begin to blend together, and it can be quite overwhelming! Team Woodall will schedule all of the showings with the Listing Agents and/or Sellers. We will provide you with a printout of information from MLS for each listing and recommend that you take some notes.
There really is no “typical” buyer but the number of homes that one may look at before making an offer can range from 1 – 40. That’s right. Don’t be surprised if you find the right home on the first day we look. Be prepared to move forward when you find the right home. Each home that you see helps you learn more about what’s most important to you and further develops your understanding of the current market & pricing.
